Full-time support staff at Ontario colleges have voted to ratify a renewal collective agreement

The OLRB confirmed today that part-time support staff at Ontario colleges have voted in favour of a strike. Mediation confirmed with agreement not to strike before mid-February 2026.

Ontario colleges and full-time support staff have reached a tentative agreement, ending a five-week strike at Ontario’s 24 colleges.

If you don’t want to strike, you need to vote NO. Don’t let other people decide for you.
