Administrative Staff

The CEC provides research services to an external body, which reviews and recommends to college boards the terms and conditions of employment and compensation for presidents and administrative staff. The CEC is the policy holder for group insurance benefits. The pension plan is administered separately by CAAT Pension Plan.

Various guidelines, manuals and support tools are provided by CEC to the colleges’ Human Resources Departments related to administration of the job evaluation and compensation programs for Administrative Staff.
